Hytera PD715Ex is an ATEX digital two-way radio from Hytera. Built to the highest safety standards, this radio is certified to EU standards for gas, mining and dusty working environments.
IP67 protection means that the NX-PD715EX has complete Ingres protection against dust, whilst also being able to be immersed in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes.
GPS is installed as standard with the PD715EX, thus allowing for the radio to make use of such safety features as Man Down.
Lone Worker works similarly, whereby if a radio is inactive for a set period of time then the radio will send out a distress signal.
An 1800mAh Li-Ion ATEX battery is supplied with the PD715, this will allow for up to 17 hours of use when in digital mode.
