The MTS4 is a compact, high-performance TETRA base station built for Motorola TETRA / DIMETRA Express networks, delivering high capacity, high redundancy, and lower operating costs. Its space-saving design helps reduce site acquisition and installation costs, including fewer antenna site requirements and easier, more flexible deployment.

Designed for demanding mission-critical radio environments, the MTS4 supports up to 8 carriers (with combining), multiple RF configurations (including up to 3 receivers per carrier), and options for full redundancy with a site controller and base radio. It also supports hybrid, manual, and auto-tune cavity combiners, plus X.21 and E1 links for cost-effective backhaul.

With excellent power efficiency, low battery and heat dissipation requirements, and easy service access, the MTS4 reduces maintenance visits—ideal for remote or hard-to-access sites. Built-in security features, including a lockable alarmed door and an external alarm interface, add protection against theft and vandalism. The MTS4 is also RoHS compliant.
