How To Set Up VoCoVo Enterprise team headset System 1. VoCoVo Enterprise Systems require a site survey to assess coverage and determine the hardware
which is required and where the controller can be installed (e.g. ensuring that it is installed in a
location where ethernet connection is accessible) and where base station(s) need to be positioned.
2. Once the hardware and installation requirements are confirmed, the desired end points (headsets,
handsets, call points and keypads) can be added.
3. Once the end points have been chosen, select the required number of headset charger racks and
modules (5 headsets per charger).
4. Add any accessories such as spare headset wearables.
